Our standard

Hellowhen is an adults-only social marketplace. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), whether it appears in profiles, content, images, listings, plans, discussions, proposals, messages, or other activity on Hellowhen.

Prohibited abuse and exploitation

Hellowhen prohibits content or behavior involving:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, illustrated, or generated material depicting or sexualizing the abuse of a child.
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
• Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Sextortion involving minors, including threats or coercion involving sexual content.
• Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of minors.

What users may not do

Hellowhen does not permit users to create, upload, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation content or behavior.

Report a child-safety concern

If you see content or behavior that may violate these standards, report it without engaging with or redistributing the material.

• Use Hellowhen’s in-app Report action on the relevant profile, Trade, Plan, Place, discussion, proposal, or message where available.
• Contact Hellowhen directly at support@hellowhen.com or through the public Support page.

How Hellowhen responds

Hellowhen handles reports through its existing support and moderation processes. Depending on the report and review:

• Reported content and accounts may be reviewed.
• Prohibited material may be removed or made inaccessible.
• Accounts may be restricted or suspended where appropriate.
• Hellowhen will take action according to its published standards and applicable law.

Reporting confirmed CSAM

Hellowhen will report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate competent authority where required by applicable law.
