By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) The Service

HelloWhen helps people create and share plans (including places/stops) and interact with other users (e.g., joining plans, messaging, and social features). Some features may be experimental or disabled.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

4) Your account

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials safe,
• activity occurring under your account,
• providing accurate information where required.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5) User content

You may post content such as plan titles, descriptions, stops, and messages ("User Content").

You:

• retain ownership of your User Content,
• grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content only to operate and improve the Service.

You must ensure your User Content:

• does not violate laws,
• does not infringe others’ rights,
• complies with our Community Guidelines.

6) Prohibited behavior (summary)

You must not:

• harass, threaten, or impersonate others,
• post illegal content, hate, or explicit sexual content involving minors,
• spam, scam, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities,
• interfere with the Service (e.g., scraping at scale, DDoS, bypassing rate limits).

7) Safety actions

We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the Service, including:

• removing reported content,
• limiting visibility (e.g., reduced distribution),
• temporary suspensions or permanent bans.

8) Messaging

Messages are user-to-user. We are not responsible for user interactions offline. Be cautious when meeting anyone in real life.

9) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or features) at any time. We aim to keep downtime minimal but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10) Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

11) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
