Terms for using Hellowhen Trade.

Current release scope
Hellowhen Trade lets members publish Needs, Offers, and Trades, send proposals, and manage support requests. These terms apply to the current release.
Account use
Use accurate account information, keep your login safe, and do not share accounts. Hellowhen may restrict accounts that create safety, spam, fraud, or moderation risk.
Adults only
Hellowhen is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Trade expectations
Post clear Needs and Offers, describe what you can provide, and keep proposal messages respectful. Do not promise services, goods, or timelines that you cannot reasonably deliver.
Content and moderation
Hellowhen may hide, close, restore, or review public content when reports, support tickets, or admin checks indicate a safety or quality issue.
Money features are unavailable
The current release does not provide wallet top-ups, payouts, provider onboarding, or production money movement. Service-for-service and goods exchanges should not rely on an in-app payment guarantee.
Support and changes
These policies may be updated as the product, moderation process, and supported countries evolve. Use support when you need help with an account, trade, report, or safety concern.
