These guidelines help keep Hellowhen Trade focused on useful, respectful service and goods exchanges.
Adults only
Hellowhen is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account or use the marketplace if you are under 18.
Helpful use
Use clear titles, honest descriptions, appropriate images, and respectful proposal messages. Keep trade discussions inside the product when possible so support can understand issues later.
Not allowed
Do not post scams, harassment, illegal or unsafe content, fake profiles, sexual content, dangerous goods or services, hate, threats, spam, or content that invades someone else’s privacy.
Reports and moderation
Members can report profiles, Trades, Needs, Offers, and messages where available. Admins can review reports, hide content, restrict users, escalate to support, and keep audit notes.
Identity and trust
Profile pictures, names, bios, trade counts, proposal activity, and future verification signals should help members judge trust, but they are not a guarantee that a trade will succeed.
Meet and trade safely
Avoid sharing sensitive personal details too early. For local exchanges, choose safe public places where appropriate, trust your judgment, and report suspicious behavior.
