HelloWhen is a place to share plans and connect safely. These guidelines explain what’s allowed and what’s not.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate.
• No doxxing or sharing private information.
• No impersonation.

Keep it legal

• No illegal content or activity.
• No promotion of violence or exploitation.
• Zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors.

No scams or spam

• No phishing, fraud, or fake giveaways.
• No excessive promotional content.
• No automated abuse or scraping.

Safety first

• If you meet someone offline, use common sense: public places, tell a friend, trust your instincts.
• Report anything suspicious.

Enforcement

We may take actions such as:

• removing content,
• limiting distribution/visibility,
• restricting features,
• suspending or banning accounts.

Reporting

Use the in-app Report option on the content, or email support@hellowhen.com with:

• username(s),
• link/screenshot,
• what happened and when.
